Single Estate Black Teas

This organic black tea is our house favourite! It gives a good red liquor with a peaty pungency. The rolled leaves are extra large from a special production run.  This tea is sustainably cultivated from the community owned Iddalgashinne estate.Organic and biodynamically cultivated certification by Demeter international http://www.demeter.net/. How to make your perfect cup of Organic black tea:

Use fresh cold water, preferably filtered in hard water areas.

Heat the water to boiling point, Warm the tea pot.

Generally use one teaspoon of leaf tea per person plus one for the pot. Some may like to increase or decrease the quantity of tea leaf per person to suit their taste.

Pour the water on to the leaf tea with enough force to really stir the leaves in the pot.

We like this tea best when brewed for around 5 minutes.

Lengthen the brewing time slightly in hard water areas.
