A refreshing light tea that makes a delightful afternoon cup, from the pristine Dimbula region at 4000 feet. Will take milk if required, at full strength. The aroma of this tea is typical of a highland tea estate. The leaf is a lovely, long, wiry, slightly reddish, Orange Pekoe. 

Leaf grade: Orange Pekoe top grade.

Making your perfect cup of Dimbula tea

Use fresh cold water, preferably filtered in hard water areas.

Heat the water to boiling point. Do not overboil. Warm the tea pot.

Generally use one teaspoon of leaf tea per person plus one for the pot. Some may like to increase or decrease the quantity of tea leaf per person to suit their taste.

Pour the water on to the leaf tea with enough force to really stir the leaves in the pot.

Allow the tea to brew for 3-5 minutes or according to your taste.

Lengthen the brewing time slightly in hard water areas or if you want a stronger taste.
